The conclusion of an agreement is a binding act.

The contract is an open-ended rental or service contract with a minimum duration of 2 months.

The first step is to conclude a rental agreement. If you operate in sectors where there is no lease, a service contract is used.

To enter into a contract, you must be over 18 years of age, your credit history and other information affecting your rental must be in order, and you must not owe any money to Boffice Ltd in respect of the contract.

The contract is always made in the name of one organisation or person.

The contract is concluded by signature, followed by the transfer of the security.

The deposit must be transferred at least five working days before the start of the contractual relationship. The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent or service charge. Instructions for transferring the deposit are included in the contract.

We will check the information you have provided no later than the next working day and send you the contract to sign via Signhero shortly thereafter.

We will check your credit information before sending the contract. To sign, you will be authenticated using your online banking credentials.

Boffice contracts always start on either the 1st or 15th of the month. The keys are handed over on the day of the start of the contract, provided that the security deposit has been transferred in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Instructions for picking up the keys and moving in will be sent out shortly after the contract is signed. Please note that you must have at least seven days before your desired start date.

After signing the contract, you can provide other information about the rental and order additional services.

After you sign, we will send you a moving form where you can enter information about your move. If you need office furniture, additional keys or parking permits, for example, you can order these again after signing the contract.
