Here are answers to the most common questions about Boffice's offices.

  • You can reserve an available office room from Boffice by filling out the Rent an Office form on the destination page. If you are not yet sure about the details of the rental (e.g., start date, room), we can hold the desired room in a separate reservation for 7 days upon request. In this case, please contact our sales team or the property representative directly during your visit to the property.

    We will send the lease agreement electronically to the email address you provided in the Rent an Office form. The agreement and customer details will be checked on the next business day after submission, and you will then receive the lease agreement in your email via the SignHero service.

    Once the agreement has been signed, you will receive confirmation and practical instructions for getting started by email.

  • Tenants have free access to a selection of office supplies. Currently, the selection includes Löfbergs coffee, Nordqvist tea, O’Boy cocoa, Oatly oat milk, and Pirkan light milk drink. The products are free of charge and can be found on the shelves reserved for them in the kitchen facilities.

    Products are replenished once a month, and order quantities are based on previous sales. For larger corporate events, the company must order catering itself, as the office hotel's own coffee products are sized according to normal office consumption.

  • To ensure fairness, Boffice uses standard prices and discounts for customers, and we do not, as a rule, send individually priced offers during the rental phase. Our price lists and contract templates are openly available on our website, and our goal is to be the most cost-effective option on the market.

    The following discounts and benefits apply to all our tenants

    • 50% discount on the first month's office rent if the rental form is completed by the customer within 7 days of the presentation or self-service presentation.*

    • 10% ongoing discount on all office rentals if 3 or more rooms are rented from Boffice

    • 1 free month's rent if you pay the entire year's rent in advance in a single payment

    • 1 free month's rent if you find a new tenant for Boffice (referral fee)

    *Note: Introductory discount only applies to new customers and does not apply to those booking rooms from the waiting list, i.e., at locations with 100% occupancy.

  • Free basic wireless internet access is available in the common areas and rooms of our office hotels for Boffice tenants and their visitors.

    Shared wireless networks may experience daily fluctuations in speed depending on the number of users, for example, and the network connection is therefore dimensioned for basic use. If the nature of the work requires high network capacity or a private network connection (e.g., system development, online training, etc.), the tenant is free to order a connection that suits their needs. You can order your own connection either from Boffice's partner via the customer website or from a supplier of your choice.

    For security reasons, Boffice's shared wireless network uses Client Device Isolation, which means that only tenants with a private network connection can connect their own wireless printers or speakers, for example.

  • Depending on the size of the location, our office hotels have 1-5 shared meeting rooms that are free of charge for tenants. All meeting rooms can be booked online using an electronic booking calendar. Rental agreements include 30 hours of booking time per month.

    Typical equipment in a meeting room includes 4–10 chairs, a conference table, a coat rack, a whiteboard, and a TV with HDMI adapters suitable for the size of the room. Video cameras or other conference systems are not standard equipment in meeting rooms.
