By choosing the right size office room, you get just the space you need and don't pay for unnecessary space.

Many things matter

Deciding on the right office space depends on many things, such as how many employees you have on your team, what kind of furniture you want in your office space, whether your team is growing and how many employees use the space at the same time. ((Studies have told us??)) The minimum amount of working space per employee should be 6-7m.² This includes the workstation, storage space and space taken up by the door. At Boffice, we have shared meeting rooms and phone rooms at each site, which do not need to be counted towards your own room area needs. Unless you specifically want a dedicated conference table in your room. 

More space, more comfort
