Terms
The maximum amount of the fee is one month's rent for the tipped space, but the maximum amount per holding of the compensation is EUR 550. Requires an existing lease for the tip period. The rental credit is granted after the new tenant has paid rent for three months. The new tenant must not have already had a contract with Boffice. Tip fees are not paid in cash. If the tenant's tenancy ends before the tip credit is received, the tip fees will not be refunded. Boffice has the right to change the terms of the campaign.
